Site Name

My homepage name is taken from Hamlet, my favourite Shakespeare play. It is taken from Act II, Scene II, where Hamlet is talking to Rosencrantz & Guildenstern1. The full quote is given bellow.

I am but mad north-north-west: when the wind blows southerly I know a hawk from a handsaw.

1: Who are, incidently, dead. You might want to watch "Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead". Great play, also rather well adapted to film by Tom Stoppard himself.
