Serial Tester

Serial Tester is an internal project, born of the need to grab SUCONet traffic from a bus then decode it, during testing for a project.

It's in a state of perpetual development - read: "I keep adding new features". I may merge the DF1 decoder I wrote into it - which would combine with finishing the decoder.

I'll post some screen shots at some point.
